Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Inverness. This is a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own, effectively building and developing relationships with our customers, delivering an exceptional standard of service, and identifying sales opportunities to maximise revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and follow up on customer quotations
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep track of back orders ensuring the order book is delivered on time and in full
- Support the operational team with converting spare parts, consolidating customer supply chain to Rubix
- Provide support to the stores team during annual leave coverage
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in the branch team's success, working closely with the operational team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
