About the Opportunity:

Rubix is looking for a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Inverness. As a key contributor to our sales function, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Market analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth.
  • Customer acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Rubix's customer base.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
What We Offer:
