We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth and Development Specialist to join our team at Castle View Personnel in Inverness. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives, customer relationship management, and inventory control.

Job Description

  • This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our business operations, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage inventory levels, and ensure effective stock control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives, identifying new market opportunities and developing relationships with key customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and purchasing of stocks.
  • Develop and implement effective stock control processes, minimizing stock discrepancies and optimizing inventory turnover.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, focusing on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Hold relevant experience in sales, inventory management, or a related field, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and inventory control processes.
  • Be commercially aware, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions.
  • Hold a valid full driving license and be willing to travel regularly throughout the Highlands.
