Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Children, Young People and Family Services team at Mind in Gwent. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of management and leadership in a third sector organisational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the development and expansion of our Children, Young People and Family Services team.
  • Work closely with the Director of Services and other Senior Managers to achieve organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative projects and initiatives that promote co-production and participation for young people.

Requirements:

  • High levels of professionalism, leadership and management skills.
  • Experience of working in a third sector organisational setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
