About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Child and Family Services team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing care plans, and working with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess the needs of children and families, and to develop and implement care plans that prioritize their safety and well-being.
- To work with other professionals, such as education and health services, to ensure that children receive the support they need to thrive.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with children and families.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety and well-being of children.
