Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Children, Young People and Family Services team at Mind in Gwent. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of management and leadership in a third sector organisational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the development and expansion of our Children, Young People and Family Services team.
- Work closely with the Director of Services and other Senior Managers to achieve organisational goals.
- Develop and implement innovative projects that promote co-production and participation for young people.
Requirements
- High levels of professionalism, leadership and management skills.
- Experience of working in a third sector organisational setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
