About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Family Intervention Specialist to join our Resilience Around the Family Team (RAFT). As a Family Intervention Specialist, you will work intensively with children and families to provide support and guidance, helping them to make positive changes and maintain a safe and stable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan interventions in conjunction with social workers and children and their parents/carers to support families in need.
  • Provide parenting advice and guidance, mediation, and family agreements to strengthen family relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the RAFT team to deliver a range of specialist areas of support for families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of family-focused interventions to improve outcomes for children and families.
