We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for empowering island communities. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of volunteers and contribute to our efforts in effectively supporting children and families.
The role involves a range of activities, including:
- Buddying/mentoring children, young people and their families
- Carrying out return interviews for children in care who have gone missing
- Sitting on referral order panels (guiding and supporting young offenders)
- Supporting children and their families to access services and activities in their local community
- Mentoring schemes for young offenders and young people in care
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
