Community Co-ordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team, delivering a high standard of support to clients within the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding and liaising with the people we support, our community support staff, and other professionals to plan the weekly shifts for staff to accommodate current and new people using our service.
A range of IT skills and flexibility are essential for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate weekly shifts for staff to meet the needs of clients
- Liaise with clients, community support staff, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize IT skills to perform administrative tasks efficiently
- Range of IT skills
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances
- Appropriate literacy and numeracy skills
- Full UK driving license

This is a part-time position working 28 hours per week (plus shift allowance). The estimated salary for this role is £24,500 - £29,600 per annum, depending on experience.
