Job OverviewThis exciting role offers an opportunity to work closely with our buying team, supporting their efforts in managing health and beauty brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, data analysis, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Assist the buying team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including excel-based data analysis and report generation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities and suggest improvements to existing product ranges.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track performance, manage stock levels, and monitor purchase orders.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
- Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of market trends and commercial principles, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Holiday Entitlement: 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Flexible Working: 5 days per week in the office, with flexible hours available.
