Learning Support Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with vulnerable children and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide support to children with a range of additional needs. You will help to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, and assist with the implementation of individualized learning plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide individualized support to children with additional needs
  2. Assist with the implementation of learning plans and strategies
  3. Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  4. Work collaboratively with the teaching team to achieve student outcomes
Requirements

We are looking for a Psychology Graduate with a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality support. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.

Previous experience working with children is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our students.
