Child Psychology Graduate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with vulnerable children and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide support to children with a range of additional needs. You will help to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, and assist with the implementation of individualized learning plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to children with additional needs
- Assist with the implementation of learning plans and strategies
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to achieve student outcomes
We are looking for a Psychology Graduate with a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality support. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.
Previous experience working with children is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our students.
