We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant at a Specialist School in Banbury.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with children with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language needs, sensory processing disorders, physical disabilities, and communication difficulties.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting students with their cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Helping to identify triggers and barriers to learning
  • Implementing psychological theory in the classroom
  • Providing individualized support to students
