Job Title: Key Account Development Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring long-term commercial success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure continued business growth
* Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver solutions
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and company objectives

Requirements:
* 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience working with CRM software
