New Business Development Specialist

The Jensten Group is seeking a skilled and ambitious New Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expansion in the Midlands area. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and managing renewal business for Commercial clients.
As a key member of the team, you will be expected to:
- Prospect, network, and gain new Commercial clients.
- Visit clients, convert new business enquiries, and source new business.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience within Commercial broking.
- Proven track record of winning new business and maintaining a client base.
- Excellent customer service skills, telephone manner, and relationship building.
We offer a competitive salary with an estimated range of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
