New Business Developer

We are seeking a New Business Developer - Property and Casualty to join our team in the East Midlands. This role involves identifying, developing, and writing new business opportunities, using your experience in writing property and casualty business and excellent broker connections in the East Midlands.
A salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with a range of benefits, including private medical insurance, pension plan contributions, holiday entitlement, and a wellness programme.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with internal partners within the business unit and across the enterprise to identify cross-selling opportunities is essential. Good experience of underwriting, product knowledge, financial analysis, or risk assessment experience is required, as well as A Levels or similar qualification.
