About the Job
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Manager New Business Development. This exciting opportunity involves generating new business through a combination of telesales, direct approach, visits, networking and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Utilize data sources to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- A track record of success in new business development, preferably in the fleet industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management and related industries.
What We Offer
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers a competitive salary in range £55k-65k, uncapped bonuses and a range of benefits, including car allowance, pension and healthcare.
Location and Work Environment
This is a field-based role, requiring flexibility and mobility. The ideal candidate will be based in a location within the geographic block enclosed by the M6, M40, M1 and M62.
