Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Birmingham City Centre. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through targeted calling campaigns, identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure alignment and consistency in sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business administration.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
