RMN / RNLD Position for a Secure Hospital Setting

Overview: Cygnet Hospital Woking provides secure mental health services for men and women and an Acute service. We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team.
Salary and BenefitsA competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered along with flexible contracts including 22, 33, 38.5 or 44 hours per week. Job Responsibilities- Produce high-quality written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop services, audit, and improve quality
- Attend training sessions and engage in professional development to enhance knowledge and promote best practices
- Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained according to NMC guidelines, working collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals
- Administer medications according to healthcare procedures and guidelines
- The ability to maintain accurate documentation, conduct audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
- A good understanding of current nursing practices and their application
- A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk
- Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empower and support service user independence
