Job Title: Hospitality Manager
Estimated Salary: 28,000 GBP per annum.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a high-end venue with a luxurious atmosphere and stunning surroundings. As a key member of the Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding guest expectations. This role requires flexibility and adaptability around various food and beverage areas, including the restaurant, bar, room service, al fresco dining, and lounge. Additionally, you will support weddings and special events, requiring a passion for excellence and a willingness to learn. A strong background in Food and Beverage is preferred, but not essential if you have a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage food and beverage operations, ensuring consistency and quality across all outlets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
- Support weddings and special events, providing exceptional service to guests.
