Our client is seeking an efficient and hardworking Assistant Caretaker to carry out a full range of maintenance tasks in a school setting. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with young people and staff.

Maintenance Responsibilities
  • Cary out routine maintenance tasks, including changing fuses and minor repairs.
  • Ensure the grounds are safe, clean, and tidy.
  • Assist with Goods Inwards deliveries.
  • Capture data and CCTV images for security purposes.

This role requires a positive can-do attitude, reliability, and punctuality. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Intruder Alarm systems and be able to perform manual handling tasks.

Salary and Benefits
  • Pension scheme available.
  • Onsite parking and canteen facilities.
  • $30,000 - $40,000 per annum (37 hours per week).
  • 22 days annual leave.

We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday and has a passion for maintaining a safe and clean environment for students and staff.
