Compensation and Benefits Officer

This position offers an estimated annual salary of £30,300 in Woking, UK.

About the Position:
  • Precise processing of client payrolls and related tasks.
  • Managing PAYE schemes for clients with HMRC.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating information as needed.
  • Supporting other administrative duties as required.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems, including auto-enrolment pensions.
Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience is necessary.
  • CIPP technician certification is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong practical experience and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and databases.
  • Experience with payroll software, such as STAR/Iris or PayCircle.
  • An effective team player with excellent communication skills.
