We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Director to join our team at BSV Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will lead a team of architects to deliver high-quality designs and have experience in residential housing, including RIBA stages and associated standards and design codes.

Compensation Package

The company offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This package also includes a range of benefits, including Scottish Windows pension and salary sacrifice (4.5% contribution matched), life assurance cover for all colleagues (x4 annual salary), medicash, health plan, professional development scheme, flexible working hours, hybrid working, birthday leave, and long-service leave.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent client management skills and be able to work individually or within a small team. They must also be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and have additional skills such as 3D modelling and rendering.
