Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Architect - Residential Projects to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential architecture, including experience working on a range of residential typologies and scheme sizes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading residential projects from concept stage through to design development and construction, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations Approved Documents, Current Planning Policy, and Legislation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, with additional skills such as 3D modeling and rendering being advantageous.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled architect to lead new projects and work on a variety of residential projects. Competitive salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
