Building Systems Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Systems Operations Lead to join our team at Cityscape. This role will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of construction projects, providing technical expertise and support to project teams, and implementing quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Oversee the technical aspects of construction projects from planning to execution.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Education: Require HNC/HND in a building-related field.
- Qualifications: CSCS card or equivalent qualification.
- Culture Fit: Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the organization.
