Job OverviewIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for coordinating the night shift on our wards, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support. You will work closely with our nursing teams to monitor staffing levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the night shift on our wards, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor staffing levels, adjusting as needed to meet the needs of our patients.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Make decisions about staffing levels, considering factors such as patient acuity and available resources.
- Communicate effectively with team members, including nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to patient care or safety.
- A legal right to work in the UK.
- Qualified Mental Health Nurse with 12 months plus post-registration experience and active NMC registration.
- Knowledge of NMC standards and guidelines, requests, and professional practices.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
