About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Trust Bank team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work on a flexible basis, choosing shifts that suit your availability.

The Trust Bank operates by matching staff with shift requirements across our hospital. As a Trust Bank nurse, you will be part of a pool of temporary staff providing cover for short-term vacancies or staff shortages.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Formulate assessments, plan, coordinate, and support individuals within a hospital setting.
  • Provide care and interventions within a health setting or specialist mental health settings.

We require a registered nurse with a valid NMC number, capable of working to Trust Policy and the NMC Code of Conduct. You must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be punctual, reliable, highly motivated, able to work on your own initiative, and committed to providing high standards of care.
