Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Aylesford, Kent. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £14 to £16 per hour for 16-20 hours of work per week.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's HR Administration. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Administering payroll processing using BrightPay, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant processes
  2. Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
  3. Supporting HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  4. Managing accounts administration tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation

Our ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and payroll/accounting software.
