About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 per annum. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to all guests and ensuring the smooth operation of reception and office management duties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a busy phone system, handling incoming calls and identifying relevant calls.
  2. Organise logistics and appointments for various clinics, such as GP Clinics and Massage Clinics.
  3. Provide support for office operations, including facilities maintenance, health and safety responsibilities, and overall office management.
