Senior Front Desk Officer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Night Audit for our 197-room hotel in London. The hotel is part of the award-winning Motel One Group.
About the Role:- Assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a professional experience from check-in to departure.
- Prepare daily closing balances, process booking requests, and prepare for breakfast.
- Be fully responsible for emergency situations during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash transactions and cashing up.
- Processing booking requests.
- Preparing for breakfast.
- Emergency response and security incident management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A completed apprenticeship in the hotel trade or professional experience in the hotel/catering industry.
- Excellent quality and service skills, hosting skills, and a passion for the hotel industry.
- Open, communicative, and confident with a solid command of English.
- Team player willing to assist across departments.
- Prior experience in Front Office systems (Mews or Opera) ideal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Easily accessible commute to the hotel location.
- Flexibility to cover day shifts occasionally.
Additional Information:
The successful candidate must have a valid work permit in the UK. Please note that the hotel does not offer sponsorship.
