We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Office Collective. As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Your key responsibilities will include personally welcoming visitors and members, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere, and being proactive in assisting with various tasks. Previous experience as a receptionist is required, and strong organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and personable are essential.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues efficiently and going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction
