SEND Provision Manager

Are you an experienced SENCO looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Educational Needs Coordinator Lead to join our team in Worcestershire.
About the Job- This is a part-time, permanent contract position, offering a unique chance to shape our SEND provision and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
- You will be responsible for managing our SEND department, working closely with colleagues and external agencies to provide high-quality support to students.
- Manage the SEND department, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans and provision maps for students with SEND.
- Deliver training and professional development to staff on SEND best practices and legislation.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture, where all students feel valued and supported.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a SENCO qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Proven experience in SENCO roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality support to students.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
