We are seeking an Inclusion Support Manager to lead our SEND provision in Worcestershire. As a highly skilled and experienced SENCO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the SEND department to ensure an inclusive and effective provision.

Responsibilities:
  1. You will coordinate the identification, assessment, and support for students with SEND, maintaining accurate records and complying with legal requirements.
  2. You will develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and provision maps for students with SEND.
  3. You will provide training and professional development to staff on SEND best practices and legislation.
  4. You will promote a positive, inclusive school culture where students with SEND are fully integrated into all aspects of school life.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
