Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an annual finance work plan, improving the month-end reporting process, and preparing annual budgets and forecasts.

You will collaborate with like-minded professionals focused on innovation and environmental sustainability. We prioritize inclusivity, believing in giving every individual a voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an annual finance work plan that aligns with reporting and business requirements.
  • Improve the month-end reporting process, including balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare annual budgets and future business planning, including liaison with budget holders and business analytics.
  • Hold regular meetings with budget holders to support financial management.

Requirements:

  • Qualified or Finalist, preferably ACA/ACCA.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Positive, inquisitive, and empathetic, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
