We are seeking an experienced SENCO to join our team in Worcestershire as a SEND Provision Manager.

About the Role
  • This is a part-time, permanent contract position, offering a unique chance to shape our SEND provision and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
  • You will be responsible for managing our SEND department, working closely with colleagues and external agencies to provide high-quality support to students.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the SEND department, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Coordinate student identification, assessment, and support, developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and provision maps.
  3. Deliver training and professional development to staff on SEND best practices and legislation.
  4. Promote a positive and inclusive school culture, where all students feel valued and supported.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a SENCO qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A commitment to inclusion and the belief that all children can succeed.

The estimated salary for this role is £36,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
