Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused Finance Support Professional to join our busy Accounts Team on a part-time basis. If you have a strong passion for finance and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing
- Payment Allocation: Accurately allocate payment receipts in our financial management system.
- Credit Control: Manage credit control processes by sending emails to clients with outstanding invoices.
- Spreadsheet Management: Update and create Excel spreadsheets to track financial data.
- Expense Reconciliation: Collate expenses and reconcile credit card statements.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance as needed within the Accounts Team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience using financial management systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
This role is based in an office environment and requires 30 hours of work per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm). The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
