Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing
  • Payment Allocation: Accurately allocate payment receipts in our financial management system.
  • Credit Control: Manage credit control processes by sending emails to clients with outstanding invoices.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Update and create Excel spreadsheets to track financial data.
  • Expense Reconciliation: Collate expenses and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance as needed within the Accounts Team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience using financial management systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

This role is based in an office environment and requires 30 hours of work per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm). The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
