Financial Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Support Professional to join our finance team in Malvern. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the finance function with tasks such as student invoicing, payroll processing, and reconciliations.
Responsibilities- Create student invoices via Xero and send to parents and agents.
- Raise weekly BACS runs for invoices due and ensure timely payment.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of the purchase ledger and bank accounts.
- Reconcile credit card payments against authorised orders and manage expenses.
- Process monthly payroll, including statutory year-end returns, P60s, and pension submissions.
- Support new staff onboarding, including DBS applications, and maintain employee records.
- Manage workplace pensions and provide support to students, staff, and agents.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
- Proven experience in accounts or finance support roles.
- Desirable skills in Xero and Sage.
- A competitive salary range of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum.
