Finance Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to support our finance team in Bransford, Worcestershire.

Estimated Salary: £28,750 per annum, dependent on experience.

About the Job:

This is a full-time permanent position that requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Management: Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining supplier records for accurate financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Managing invoices, following up on payments, and maintaining customer accounts to minimize debt.
  • Expense Control: Ensuring compliance with company policies while managing employee expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processes as needed to ensure timely payment of employees.
  • Administrative Tasks: Providing documentation for audits and performing general office duties to maintain a well-organized finance department.
Requirements:
  1. A proven track record in a similar finance role, preferably with accounting or bookkeeping experience.
