We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Financial Partner to join our team at OMEGA, Inc. in Malvern, UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights and partnering closely with a key business function.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • As the primary finance contact for one of our Vice Presidents, you will oversee a key functional area within the business, providing clear, data-driven recommendations and insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with functional leads to support forecasting, planning, and strategic processes focusing on the functional cost base.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, risks, and provide actionable insights.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, analyzing variances between actual and forecasted results.
  • Create and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
