Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Financial Operations Lead to join our team at SF Recruitment (Birmingham). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accountant to take on a key role in managing financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both financial and management reporting, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and the ability to work effectively in an office environment. Based on site in the office 3 days per week, this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic business.

About the Role
  • Manage month-end financial reporting and provide commentary on financial performance.
  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze variances and optimize financial operations.
  • Forecast cash flows and ensure accurate financial planning.
