Job Title: House Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized House Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our support services team, you will provide efficient and reliable administrative support to our House Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Organize paperwork for admissions and discharges, support filing of medical notes, and ensure care plans meet regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Office Management: Assist with typing, filing, and office management tasks, including collating and archiving notes and documents.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, arrange meetings, and take minutes.
  • Staff Support: Assist with staff personal development reviews, care plans, and letters, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Systems Management: Produce information and data from the Staff Care system, monitor staff sickness absence, and complete weekly absence returns.
  • Team Support: Coordinate team days, support team training events, and add new starters to the SMI staff care system.
