Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized House Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our support services team, you will provide efficient and reliable administrative support to our House Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Organize paperwork for admissions and discharges, support filing of medical notes, and ensure care plans meet regulatory compliance requirements.
- Office Management: Assist with typing, filing, and office management tasks, including collating and archiving notes and documents.
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, arrange meetings, and take minutes.
- Staff Support: Assist with staff personal development reviews, care plans, and letters, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Systems Management: Produce information and data from the Staff Care system, monitor staff sickness absence, and complete weekly absence returns.
- Team Support: Coordinate team days, support team training events, and add new starters to the SMI staff care system.
