We are looking for a **Sales & Logistics Administrator** who will support the Sega Amusements Machine Sales team with all aspects of sales and logistics administration.

This key role within the Amusement Machine Sales team is to provide support in processing orders and coordinating logistics to manage the shipping in and out of goods. The role involves regular contact with overseas suppliers, shipping agents and customers. Responsibilities will be structured around regular duties and deadlines that will be set by the Sales Director or the shipping process. It is a varied role and no two days are the same.

**About You**:

- Ideally, you will have at least one year of relevant administrative experience in either Sales, Logistics, or Shipping
- Possess a keen eye for detail and have a positive 'can-do' approach to problem solving.
- A general understanding of Microsoft Office products including outlook, excel, and word.
- Ideally, previous experience using SAGE.

**Hours of Work**

Office Based: Monday to Thursday 8.00am-17.00pm and Friday 08:00am-15:30pm.
