We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Salesforce system meets the evolving needs of our business.

User Management: Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, and roles.
Data Management: Maintain data integrity, perform data imports and exports, and manage data cleansing activities.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, marketing campaigns, and other key metrics.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
Testing; End to end & feature specific testing for nre deployments
Investigation into new production errors and project planning to disperse issues to development teams

Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (ideally 2+ years).
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred (or a willingness to obtain it).
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including Service Cloud, and AppExchange.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
Salary range 35-45K Per annum, 20 days paid leave, expanding to 25 days per year, plus Bank holidays (Total up to 33 days)
