Location: On site - KT9 - South West London.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Salesforce system meets the evolving needs of our business.
Responsibilities:
- User Management: Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, and roles.
- Security and Access: Manage security settings, including sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity, perform data imports and exports, and manage data cleansing activities.
- Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, marketing campaigns, and other key metrics.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates and backups.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
- Testing; End to end & feature specific testing for nre deployments
- Problem-Solving; Investigation into new production errors and project planning to disperse issues to development teams
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (ideally 2+ years).
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred (or a willingness to obtain it).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including Service Cloud, and AppExchange.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, or SOQL
- Experience in B2C industry
Benefits:
Salary range 35-45K Per annum, 20 days paid leave, expanding to 25 days per year, plus Bank holidays (Total up to 33 days)
