**Job Title:** Therapist for Marginalised Women

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional therapist to join our team at WhereToTalk, providing therapy services to women who have experienced complex trauma and violence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy sessions, working closely with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to women experiencing complex trauma and abuse.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their therapy journey.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., counselling, psychology).
  • Experience working with marginalized women, particularly those affected by trauma and abuse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: £28,361 - £39,921 per annum, depending on experience, plus 5% employer pension contribution. Higher salary may be available for candidates with specialist qualifications or experience.
