Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of rehabilitation services for individuals with complex needs.

The role of an Adult Community Occupational Therapist involves working with men and women to support their mental health recovery, focusing on personal space, privacy, and dignity.

Our services include Cygnet Delfryn House, a 28-bed service catering to detained or informal clients with complex comorbidities; Cygnet Delfryn Lodge, another 24-bed service offering similar support; and Rhyd Alyn, a 6-bed community rehabilitation service specifically designed for women.

As an occupational therapy director, you will lead a team of over 150 experienced therapists, with a clinical lead occupying each service line.

Requirements:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience. This compensation reflects the importance of the role in supporting the rehabilitation of individuals with complex needs.
