As a Community Physiotherapist Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients within the community. With our multidisciplinary Neighbourhood Teams, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic rehabilitation services that make a real difference in patients' lives.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate physiotherapist who is dedicated to working in a dynamic community setting. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, delivering rehabilitation services to patients in their homes or local health centres, and working collaboratively with the wider team to enhance patient outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a range of areas, including falls prevention, palliative care, and long-term condition management. You will also have the chance to contribute to service improvement projects across the trust and work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong commitment to providing person-centred care and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including generous annual leave and access to professional development opportunities.
