We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. With at least 12 months experience in case management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of neurological conditions and have excellent communication skills. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and provide ongoing support to clients and their families.
