Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Associate Case Manager to join our team at Bush & Co. Rehabilitation. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants to take their career in a new direction, supporting people with catastrophic injuries and illnesses.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical experience, preferably in case management or community settings. They will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients, developing rehabilitation plans, implementing these plans, and coordinating care and support services.
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including Simply Health and Perks at Work. As an associate case manager, you will work with people who have suffered catastrophic injury to assess their needs, understand them pre-injury, and identify their needs post-injury.
The ideal candidate will have a valid clinical registration with an appropriate clinical body, such as HCPC, NMC, or SWE. They will also have previous experience establishing or implementing rehabilitation packages, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel extensively across the UK, Scotland, and Wales.
