Trainer and Support Coordinator for Female Offenders

A challenging and rewarding role for an experienced professional with a passion for supporting women in need. Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Clinks and contribute to the delivery of innovative training programs and support services for women leaving prison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, creating personalized support plans, and providing one-to-one holistic support.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Client Needs Assessment and Support Planning: Conducting thorough needs assessments, developing comprehensive support plans, and reviewing progress regularly.
  2. Support Services Coordination: Coordinating and delivering holistic support services, including one-to-one support and group work sessions.
  3. Training Program Development: Designing and delivering engaging training programs that address the specific needs of women leaving prison.
  4. Partnership Building: Establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders, including local authorities, community organizations, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of working with female offenders and ex-offenders or other vulnerable groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Flexible, professional, and collaborative approach to work.
  • Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent.
