Finance and Administration Coordinator

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a finance team or possess strong administrative skills. They will be responsible for collaborating with the Head of Fleet & Passenger Transport to maintain accurate lists of vehicles for the Finance Group.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Fleet & Passenger Transport to maintain accurate records of vehicles.
- Support the Fleet Services Team with the Head of Fleet & Passenger Transport.
- Review and develop internal processes to achieve efficiency and quality.
- Work closely with the Head of Finance to provide business partnering support to the Finance Team.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to enhance operational knowledge and improve internal finance processes.
- Support the financial reporting team with accounting for leased vehicles.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a finance team or strong administrative skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Head of Fleet & Passenger Transport.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
